The home

Welcome to our charming sea side cottage! The private street entrance leads to our comfortable and tastefully decorated living and dining room with everything you’ll need to quickly feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining room with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, bread, and milk provided. Just outside the kitchen is a small private patio area with a table and fern garden.

Upstairs, a bright landing area offers a work space with a desk and chair to catch up on a bit of work. The traditional bathroom has a roll-top bath, shower, and toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company. The first floor bedroom has a king-size bed with a super comfy pillow-top mattress with two single beds in the second floor bedroom. A set of towels is provide for each guest with the beds dressed in hotel-quality Egyptian cotton bedding. The large sofa can be converted to a sofa bed to provide additional accommodation for a 5th guest on request.

Everything you need to feel at home! A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with Sky TV, Netflix and free WiFi throughout. Hotel quality bed linen and towels are included alongside a range of toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soap Company.

Neighbourhood

Located in the heart of vibrant Kemptown, our cottage provides convenient access to all the delights this beautiful city has to offer. You’ll have easy access to the seafront and Brighton Pier at one end of the street and the lively and quirky cafes, bars and restaurants of St James street at the other. St James street has two supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk of your front door.
